Tracking Your Order

Option 1

1. Log in to Your Account:
- Visit our website at Home Page and click on the "Login" button located in the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your email address and password associated with your account and click "Sign In."

2. Access Your Order History:
- After logging in, click on your account name or profile picture, and from the drop-down menu, select "Order History" or "My Orders." You will be directed to a page displaying your recent orders.

3. Find Your Order:
- Locate the specific order you wish to track from the list of recent orders. Click on the order to view its details.

4. Locate Your Tracking Number:
- Once you open the order details, you will find the "Tracking Number" associated with your shipment. This tracking number is unique to your order and helps you monitor its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

5. Track Your Shipment:
- Copy the provided tracking number and visit the website of the shipping carrier used for your order (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).
- On the carrier's website, navigate to the "Tracking" or "Track & Trace" section.
- Paste your tracking number in the designated field and click "Track" or "Submit."

6. Stay Updated:
- The carrier's website will provide real-time updates on your order's status, including its current location and estimated delivery date.
- If there are any delays or issues with your shipment, the carrier's tracking page will also display relevant information.

1. Track on Shop App:

Shop is a shopping destination and delivery tracking app that's available to customers on iOS and Android. You can sign up and track your order on the Shop App. To track it, sign up, and follow My Online Fitness Club Shop.
